Convenes the investor community, board members, executive committees of FTSE 350 and Fortune 500 companies, regulators, policymakers and academia to address sustainable solutions for inequality in the business context, with a special interest in race equity.

A regular forum for Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders to construct organizational change, with a focus on developing skills to frame an effective race equity strategy, attract and extract value from key stakeholders and drive an ambitious agenda through their employee network.
