An eco-system approach to development.

This program doesn’t just engage the individual, but also the overall ecosystem that enables their success.

Line managers, senior leaders, HR business partners and ERG leads are all engaged in a Support and Challenge Group to drive accountability, provide live feedback, and open up important conversations on career pathways.

The 4 Core Modules focus on performance, influence and impact:

Identity at work:

Delegates explore how their identity is shaped and perceived at work, and how lived experiences influence their strengths, leadership style, and communication.

Influence at work:

Through a stakeholder mapping exercise, delegates identify key relationships, strengths, and development areas to secure stakeholder support for their growth.

Impact in the workplace:

Delegates learn to recognize the indicators of professional success that organizations value when assessing readiness for career progression.

Inflection points at work:

This module focuses on managing career conversations and building an effective career action plan to explore different progression pathways.

Coaching Circles

Every module is followed by expert-led, peer-to-peer coaching circles that offer a safe, supportive space for reflection and career development.

We also invite senior industry leaders to share inspiration and practical insights from their own journeys.
