What We Do

Mission

Established in 2011, we help all stakeholders in a company to understand and successfully address systemic issues that make it hard for them to attract, retain and elevate the performance and impact of professionals. We support the development of all high potential professionals with the goal of creating a strong talent pipeline into corporate leadership, with a special interest in racially diverse talent.

TNON

The Network of Networks

Developed in 2011 as an early supporter of the employee networks space, TNON began offering a targeted support and accountability group to those navigating racial equity work. Today, the company works across geographic boundaries, supporting all parts of the corporate ecosystem including the Board, C-Suite, Allies, Employee Network Leaders, DEI, HR and Talent Development Professionals to implement solutions to drive positive culture change and create more successful organizations with all employees in mind.

Alongside the BBBAwards, TNON is part of INvolve; a consultancy and global network that enables leaders and change makers to build more successful and empowering organisations where everyone can thrive.

Our Approach

TNON’s work is built on the idea that creating high performing teams means engaging all levels of the organization with the dismantling of systemic barriers to success. Providing access to career development training for high potential talent will not succeed if they are returned to an unsupportive context, where barriers persist for some and the conditions of inclusiveness are poorly understood.

For this reason, TNON looks at organizations as interconnected ecosystems and works with the different parts of that ecosystem to ensure they are aligned in their goals and practices in service of creating race equity and diverse leadership pipelines. Leveraging our relationship with INvolve and strategic partnerships with 30% Club, Share Action, Change the Race Ratio and Board Intelligence, TNON works with all parts of the ecosystem including the Board, C-Suite, Allies, Employee Network Leaders, DEI, HR and Talent Development Professionals to implement solutions to drive positive culture change.

Our pillars

Build capacity across the ecosystem

Support all parts of the ecosystem to devise, plan and implement strategies for developing equity in the workplace. The ecosystem includes the Board, C-Suite, Employee Network Leaders, Allies, Human Resources (HR) and Talent Development Professionals.

Cross-company collaboration

Facilitate cross-company collaboration to solve big problems through sharing resources, contributing to research and leveraging communication channels to inspire peers to act and seek alternatives to the status quo.

Upskill Employee Network Leaders

Upskill and empower Employee Network Leaders with the necessary skills and confidence to engage effectively with key stakeholders to improve the advancement of all high-potential talent into senior roles.

Role models and changemakers

Reposition employee networks as leadership development platforms which support the organization’s culture carriers, changemakers, role models and future leaders. Enable Network Leaders to become voices of strategic influence internally.
